With the rise of serious sporting injuries in younger athletes, now is the time to take action. Our Long-Term Athletic Development Programme is designed to help teens (13–18) build resilience, strength, and speed while reducing the risk of injury.

What’s included?

  • One-hour coaching session with a friend every 6 weeks (€50 pp/session)
    6-week tailored Strength & Conditioning plan
  • Focus on movement quality, running technique, strength, power & speed
  • Full assessment of strength, power & movement every 6 weeks
  • Fresh S&C plan every 6 weeks for consistent progression
  • Expert coaching from Niall, with experience at senior intercounty & professional sports level
