MSc. MISCP & Coru Registered. Chartered Physiotherapist
A UCD graduate, physiotherapist Niamh has spent the last few years refining her skills in private clinics both in Ireland and abroad in Australia. She is qualified in dry needling and completed her Pilates training with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute). Experienced in teaching both matwork and reformer Pilates, Niamh often integrates these techniques into tailored home exercise programmes for her patients.
Her key areas of interest include chronic pain, spinal conditions such as whiplash, and post-surgical rehabilitation. With a background in competitive gymnastics, Niamh brings a compassionate and empathetic approach, understanding injury from the inside out.
Niamh is currently furthering her expertise by studying medicine. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find her walking her dog, practicing yoga or Pilates, or out for a run.
